Oldies Ride
Music selection is one of the most important aspects of a cycling class. Music has the ability to push just as much as the instructor. Recently, I have started taking requests (a song or two during our ride and for future playlists). I grew up on and love oldies; however, not everyone wants to here oldies when they ride. Once this ride was requested, I was on it! Enjoy!
